A perfect Indian would be one who puts his country before his self,his religion,his caste,his creed,his status,his state.
To attain perfection,should always raise a voice whenever something is less than being best.
Influence from west has completely mutilated our thinking caps, we only want to follow, not lead.The ability to think for one self is vital ingredient for the perfect Indian.
